How do I register with Lottoland South Africa?

If you live in South Africa, you will be directed to the www.lottoland.co.za site to create a New Account

To open a new player account please follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Lottoland.co.za landing page. 

2. Click on the icon ‘Register’ to the top right of the page

3. Fill in the form shown. You will be asked to complete the following details:

E-mail Address, Password, ID Number, First Name, Surname, Phone Number, Home Address, Province and Source of Funds.  

4. To confirm the details entered just click on the Green Button ‘Create a New Account’

Congratulations, you now have a Lottoland Player Account.

My e-mail address will not register.

If you are opening a new Player Account using the App, please try opening the account initially using a laptop, you may use your mobile device to access your account in the future. This may be the reason for the issue you are experiencing.  Alternatively, try reloading the Lottoland site and application, after clearing your history of cache and cookies as there may be a glitch in the upload.

It is saying my e-mail address has already been used.

This means that there is already a Player Account registered to this e-mail address.  Please use this account in the future when submitting any new fixed odds bets.

If you have forgotten the password, please enter your e-mail address in the ‘Log In’ section and then click the 'Forgotten Password' button in the password field.

You will be requested to re-enter your email address to confirm where the message is to be sent.
